Should my wife and I have to pay for your health insurance?

"I currently have Crohn's Infection and I'm taking daily medicines. Once I turn 21 my insurance won't take effect (CCS  insurance  I really believe?) and I will not be capable of afford medicine and medical insurance. My parents do not create enough money to buy health insurance.Does anybody have on how to approach this"HiInsurance by myself vehicle compared to my parents?
